金融业纠纷调解中心询问过去两年增64%, 联合早报,2020年2月3日 – “据金融业纠纷调解中心透露,近年来,首三大遭投诉的金融机构类型依次为:银行和金融公司(51%)、人寿保险公司(26%)和普通保险公司(16%)。 过去五年,金融业纠纷调解中心接获的询问逐年增加,过去两个财政年甚至增加64%,显示有更多消费者意识到调解是解决纠纷解的一个替代途径。”
